About the Program
Our story
The Basadi Leadership Program for Women was created by Esme Molefe to address the unique challenges faced by black woman leaders at all levels to help them build thriving careers without compromising their authenticity. As someone who has walked this road, she believes every woman can climb the corporate ladder without losing their soul or having to change who they are in the process.

Our Approach
Our program addresses the skills and competencies that black women require to successfully navigate the real and often overlooked intersectional challenges they face in the workplace by virtue of their race and gender. For this reason, our key focus is on the non-technical abilities they need to be adept at to build successful careers while showing up as bold, powerful, and highly competent yet authentic leaders.
